Do you put on make up when driving?

If you leave home in hurry to go to work, do you use the driving time to put on make up?? I don't drive yet because I have hubby to drive me to places. I don't think I would be one of the people that cut nails or draw eyeline when I'm driving since I'm very careful of those thing especially I would be new to drive. I have seen girls put on mascara really, I thought it was impressive but it seems like it is very common thing that people do
